Returns Policy

You can return most items purchased on queencatherinesatelier.com website (excluding hosiery and body shapers). All returned items must be received in original condition within three calendar days of buyer receiving their purchased item/s, based on postmark. If you are dissatisfied due to fit, an in-store credit will be issued. A copy of receipt is required. Once your return has been received, you will be contacted to let you know when you’ll receive your in-store credit. In-store credits will not be given to items that are damaged. Consignors are recommended to insure packages by mail. Shipping fees, insurance, or taxes will not be reimbursed.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use USPS exclusively as our shipping provider.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
